Into the World

The eagle leaves its nest;
And the lion leaves its pride -
Into the world they go,
to meet the challenges
and face the dangers.
The eagle soars high in the sky -
The lion roams the plains;
And so each live their life
in the freedom of nature.
The baby becomes a child -
the child an adolescent, then an adult;
and so too, the day comes
when that baby, so delicate
and helpless, is ready
to leave the nest -
And into this world goes.
